Mike provides leadership for Westlake as Vice President and works with staff and clients to ensure full satisfaction with the quality and timeliness of services. Mike’s particular expertise is in heavy construction surveying for large site development projects such as schools, apartment complexes, hospitals, commercial retail/industrial/office centers, and public infrastructure such as transportation, utility lines, and treatment plants.
