Bernard R. Smith, PE, PLS

Bernard has over forty years of professional engineering and land surveying experience for a variety of civil engineering and transportation projects. He joined Westlake in 1999, and was named an Associate in 2006. He provides team leadership, direction, coordination and communication, as well as design support, client coordination, and contract management.
