Westlake Consultants, Inc. ended 2013 on a high note, naming three new associate principals. Charles Robert (Bob) Blair, Jr., LSIT, Shad Haney, and Chris Kaleikilo, were recognized for their leadership, expertise, and role in business development. They join co-founders, Judi Haney and Len Schelsky, PLS, as well as Michael Hargrave, PLS, Principal, Vice President (Survey Division), and Associates Lee Leighton, AICP, Director of Planning; Gary Anderson, PLS, Senior Project Surveyor; and Bernard Smith, PE, PLS, Director of Engineering.
