Congratulations to Westlake Manager of Development Survey, Toby Bolden! Toby was just awarded his Certified Federal Surveyor (CFedS) credentials. Westlake is proud of his hard work (program entails approximately 160 hours of coursework, culminating in a 6 1/2 hour Certification Exam).
