Congratulations to Ryan Crowther! He has earned his Professional Engineering license (PE), and has been promoted to Project Engineer. Ryan joined Westlake in 2013, and has become an integral part of our civil design team. He is currently involved with Westlake’s active wind energy projects in California, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wisconsin.
