This summer, staff voted to host a Pet Supply Drive benefiting the Oregon Humane Society. Items collected and donated will go to helping animals in the shelter and in the community.
Staff collected hundreds of new and gently used pet supplies for the organization including 210 lbs of kitty litter, 100 lbs of dog food, 93 cans of cat food, 32 pet toys, eight bags of treats, three litter boxes, three boxes of litter box liners, two gates and one crate. Westlake’s owners also contributed by purchasing items listed on OHS’s Wish List on Amazon.com.
OHS is the fourth-oldest humane society in the nation and finds homes for more than 11,000 pets per year – no matter how long it takes.
We are proud to support OHS’s mission to create a more humane society where all animals are treated with compassion, kindness and respect.
I wanted to pass along a note of thanks for all the help Westlake has provided to us on our projects. The information your group produces is responsive, accurate and top notch work.”
