Here at Westlake, we routinely schedule Lunch & Learn presentations to discuss interesting, relevant, and necessary topics to ensure the quality of our work remains proficient. All staff members are invited to attend, creating opportunities for cross-training and improving communications between each department. Each in-house meeting or training session is designed to allow our Engineering, Surveying, and 3D Laser and Scanning departments to continue their education in a competitive industry.

Topics have ranged from drone demonstrations to new software applications to site visits, each presenting unique questions for our employees to consider. Attendance for these Continuing Education courses is high and engagement between employees is fun and compelling.
