Westlake attended the Grand Opening of NHA’s newly renovated campus and headquarters on August 20th in Milwaukie, Oregon. Local leaders and community members were able to tour the $20 million campus which includes 5 brand new buildings, a makeover of the Annie Ross House, and additional office space for staff.
The campus includes three buildings of affordable housing, 28-units total, centered around the NHA headquarters. Another major part of the remodel includes a brand new Annie Ross House which is Clackamas County’s only emergency shelter for families. The addition of new offices will allow the nonprofit to expand from 36 to 50 employees in the coming years. Not only is the campus much larger, but purpose-build, and energy efficient.
Westlake is proud to have worked with NHA on several projects in the past. And we remain committed to supporting their mission of providing affordable housing to those in need for years to come.
I wanted to pass along a note of thanks for all the help Westlake has provided to us on our projects. The information your group produces is responsive, accurate and top notch work.”
