We are currently seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager who is ready to move on to a Department Management position to lead and exciting and accomplished group of Civil Engineers.

We have opportunities for university students to gain invaluable professional experience with our
hands-on, paid 2025 Summer Civil Engineering Internship Program.
What can you expect as a Westlake Intern?
Students will join our Civil Engineering Department for a minimum 10-week professional immersion program. The program is divided into a 4-week training and enrichment phase, followed by a 6-week practical phase. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to our success on varied and exciting projects.
Interns will experience curated programming including direct training experiences with individual staff members, mentorship from senior staff, cross-training with our Land Use and Survey teams, as well as other customized learning opportunities. This phase provides an overview of the site development process, construction plan production, and commonly used industry software. You will learn hone your AutoCAD Civil3D, HydroCAD, and Bluebeam Studio skills.
Participating in direct work experience, you will be guided through the key tasks that a new engineer would be expected to take on. You will gain realistic work experience and advance your skills beyond theoretical training.
