Len co-founded Westlake Consultants, Inc. in 1983 and has over 45 years of experience in surveying, civil design, land use, and site master planning. Len contributes a creative approach to site development, joined with an excellent understanding of the concerns of private sector clients. Under Len’s leadership, Westlake provides complex land use consulting services for private development projects, including subdivisions, apartment, and multi-family residential developments, as well as for commercial, industrial, and retail uses, and PUD master plans. As Principal, Len ensures the successful completion of projects and is available at all times to our clients.
