His thorough understanding of, and commitment to, stakeholder involvement in the planning process affords a unique ability to craft workable land use solutions for his Clients. As a Certified Land Use Planner, he has managed numerous site feasibility studies, variance, partition, subdivision, planned unit development, annexation, zone change and comprehensive plan amendment applications successfully through governmental entitlement approvals in jurisdictions throughout Oregon and SW Washington. Ken joined Westlake in January of 2015.
