Westlake began working with the church in 2016 providing land use planning consulting services to assist the church’s request to resume operation of a parochial school on its property. WCI assisted in the request, which was granted by the County, followed by a Special Use Permit modification to include the use of two existing portables and an outdoor play area for church and school uses.
Working directly for Living Hope Fellowship and Valor Christian School International, WCI was responsible for researching previous land use applications, advising client on site planning and zoning issues, attending neighborhood meetings, application submittal, and coordinating with public agencies.
