Since 2019 Westlake provided consulting surveying services to assist the contractor with the Lake Oswego City Hall redevelopment project.

The $43 million project was completed in two phases. During Phase 1, a new 3-story building was built adjacent to the old City Hall. The 73,000 sf building provides a seismically safe and energy efficient building and includes space for all departments, a 911 dispatch center, public meeting rooms, retail space, and secured underground police parking. Phase 2 of the project included demolishing the old City Hall and replacing it with a new civic plaza, surface parking, and street improvements.

WCI provided construction surveying services to the contractor, Howard S. Wright, including recovering and verifying existing project control, construction staking services, and project coordination and administration.
