Starting in 2015, Westlake provided consulting surveying services to assist the developer, Alliance Residential Company, with the construction of Broadstone Reveal. The 6-story mixed-use building, located in the Pearl District in downtown Portland, offers both retail and luxurious apartment living. The first floor includes retail space, a lobby, lounge, and a game room. Floors 2-6 features 147 apartments with modern conveniences, a penthouse lounge with chef’s kitchen, private dining, an outdoor kitchen area, and fitness space.

WCI provided multiple surveying services for the building including construction staking, topographic mapping, ALTA/NSPS survey, property line survey, as-built survey, and foundation certification survey.
