In years prior, Westlake has made this list in addition to being recognized as an outstanding small business. Westlake’s President, Judi Haney, has also been featured in PBJ’s ‘Listmakers’ column.

Judi and Vice President Len Schelsky opened Westlake in 1983 to serve Portland’s built community.
