The NW Natural 2016 Street of Dreams in West Linn, Oregon, is now open to the public for tours around the development as well as inside the gorgeous homes. The views of the vast vineyards are breathtaking, especially early in the morning or right before dusk, and the homes are just as stunning.

One of the homes, the Quintessence, received the highly sought-after Platinum rating from the non-profit organization Earth Advantage. At 6,275 sq ft, this home is the largest in Oregon to receive this rating for its high sustainability.

Westlake is proud to have provided land use planning, civil engineering, development survey, and construction survey services for this spectacular project. It was fun to watch the homes and landscape development as the project progressed.

The Street of Dreams tours began on Saturday, July 30 and go through Sunday, August 28. Ticket prices start at $17 for general admission, with additional ticket options for Style at the Street on Tuesday, August 23, which includes light drinks, appetizers, and entertainment.
