Toby Bolden, PLS, CFedS, was recognized for his leadership, expertise, and role in business development. Toby manages Westlake’s busy development survey division, and serves as client manager for many of our public on-call contracts. He recently earned his Certified Federal Surveyor Certification (CFedS), and now is one of a small group of surveyors nationwide with this designation for surveying on federal lands and Indian trust lands. He joined Westlake in 1998.
