Employees ended up collecting hundreds of new items including\u00a042 pairs of gloves, 58 hats, 340 pairs of socks, 20 winter coats, 20 blankets, 4 ski pants, and 4 large boxes of toe\/hand warmers.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2152 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/westlakeconsultants.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/Under-the-Tree-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"310\" height=\"232\" srcset=\"http:\/\/westlakeconsultants.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/Under-the-Tree-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/westlakeconsultants.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/Under-the-Tree-768x576.jpg 768w, http:\/\/westlakeconsultants.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/Under-the-Tree-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 310px) 100vw, 310px\" \/>Our donations will go to helping provide for people\u2019s immediate needs \u2013 by providing them with cold weather gear this winter. \u00a0For every item donated by staff, the company purchased a matching item doubling our efforts.<\/p>\n<p>In 2019, JOIN help nearly 1,350 individuals transition from homelessness to permanent housing, including over 160 families with children.
