Here at Westlake, we routinely schedule Lunch &amp; Learn presentations to discuss interesting, relevant, and necessary topics to ensure the quality of our work remains proficient. All staff members are invited to attend, creating opportunities for cross-training and improving communications between each department. Each in-house meeting or training session is designed to allow our Engineering, Surveying, and 3D Laser and Scanning departments to continue their education in a competitive industry.<\/p>\n<p>Topics have ranged from drone demonstrations to new software applications to site visits, each presenting unique questions for our employees to consider.
